Attorney Herman Kaufman is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Michigan, before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Second Circuit (New York, Connecticut and Vermont), and the U.S. Supreme Court. These admissions allow Mr. Kaufman to be admitted pro hac vice in most appellate courts nationwide. In national appeals where bar admission is required, our firm knows how to work successfully with local counsel.
